Do you create your own patterns?
Yes, all my patterns are unique, created on my computer. Any patterns that resemble other crafters' work is not intentional!

What is the level of difficulty of your patterns?
Most of my set are for beginner to intermediate iris folders, but it kind of depends on the set. For example, the flowers and dresses are definitely harder than some of the others. I want people to enjoy them, so hopefully they're not impossible!

Do you use a number system for your patterns?
I kind of see iris folding like a combination of dot-to-dot and paint-by-number. I use a number system to indicate the order that the strips are placed, along with a color system to represent each color or pattern to use. This way all you need is right there on the pattern. You don't have to look at a complicated key to tell you which color/pattern to use where.

Do instructions come with each pattern?
I don't include step-by-step instructions for each individual pattern, but I do include a pdf file that has a "basic instructions" page.

How long will I have to wait before I get my patterns?
My goal to get your pattern sets sent out the same day I receive payment. I almost always get them sent out within 24 hours. If you do not receive them within 24 hours, e-mail me at mlkorf@hotmail.com. Before you e-mail, you might check your junk mail because sometimes I get "filtered" :-)

What do I do once I receive your e-mail?
You will receive the patterns sets as a zip file, meaning you have to "unizip" it to get the patterns. Most computers have their own programs to do this, but if yours doesn't, I recommend downloading 7-Zip, which is free. The e-mail I send has instructions on how to "unzip" the patterns, but I will be happy to help you out if something isn't working right.

What format will my patterns be in?
I make all my patterns in jpeg format, which means they are easily inserted into a graphic or word processing document. You can then resize them to the size you want them to be and print them out for use.

There's a specific pattern I want...Can you make it?
The answer is yes...most of the time! There are some things that just don't work as patterns, but if there's something you're looking for, I'll try to help you out. I charge $6 for a custom pattern. E-mail me at mlkorf@hotmail.com if you have something in mind.

How am I allowed to use your patterns?
In my terms of use, I basically say that you can sell cards made from my patterns, but not the patterns themselves. I work hard on them and hopefully you will be honest and not claim them as your own. I am also fine with you sharing the finished product on blogs, message boards, etc., but please don't share my patterns. You can point people my way, though... :-)

What type of payment do you accept?
I accept PayPal, money orders and checks. For checks, I wait until they clear to send your patterns. Otherwise, I send right away! I will send you my address once I receive payment. I don't want to put it on here for all the world to see!

How can I contact you?
My e-mail is mlkorf@hotmail.com and I'll be happy to answer any questions you have!

How can I be sure you are a reliable seller?
I have a 99.9% positive feedback rating on eBay with over 1000 items sold. You can check me out using the seller name rev!ve.
